To make a purchase at the Temple of Buddha store, you don't need to register an account; you can proceed as a Visitor. However, creating an account offers some advantages such as: having access to your recent orders, accumulating points. Buddha Temple Points To access payment methods and register your details (address, email, phone number and tax identification number – optional) so that your next purchase is faster, without having to fill in all the information again.
To register an account:
- Go to the top right corner of the website and click on "My Account".
- You can register with your Google or Facebook account, or manually by entering your email.
- In this last option, you will receive a password automatically generated by the website in your email.
- This may take a few minutes and you should check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder. Please refresh your email.
- Then go back to "My Account" and under "Log In," enter your email and the password you received.
- Once logged into your account, you can change it to a password that is easier for you.
- You can also create an account at the end of the order process where you will find a field to select "Create Account".
To make the purchase:
- You will need to log in to your account or as a Guest.
- Add the desired quantities of products to your cart.
- Please note that only the quantities currently in stock are available. If I cannot add more, it is because we do not have it at the moment.
- Only the orange-colored products and those marked "Add" are available.
- The minimum purchase in our store is €12 + shipping. If this amount is not reached, the system will indicate an error.
- At the end of your order, pay attention to the postal code, as it should only contain numbers. Letters will also indicate that there is an error in the order.
- If you wish to send it to your original address, must remove at the top the field “Send to a different address”
- If you wish to send it to a different address, you must select that option.
- Next, choose your preferred payment method and complete your purchase. You will receive an email with the payment details.
NOTE: Placing an order on your mobile phone may also result in errors due to limited memory. If mobile phones are overloaded with other data, they may not display all the website information or the process will be slower. You should therefore try placing an order on a computer or tablet.
Processing and delivery time
All orders take up to 3 days to be processed by the Templo de Buda store. Often, this happens in less time.
They will only be shipped afterwards, and this may take some time.
– Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 business days
Madeira and Azores: 3 to 8 business days
– Other Countries: 3 to 10 business days
