Order cancellation
The customer may cancel their order if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel the order, they must notify us in writing via email. compras@templodebuda.com You will be contacted with instructions on how to cancel.
Return policy
The customer can return products received that are defective or incorrect. They must send an email to [email address] within 2 days of receiving the order. compras@templodebuda.com Please include your order number and explain the reasons for the return. You will receive an email outlining the steps to follow for the correct return process.
The Customer has a period of 14 days after receipt to return the products, provided they are complete, unused, in their original condition, and retain their original labeling and packaging intact and unaltered.
After receiving and verifying the incident, we will proceed with the immediate refund of the value of the defective material. Items must be returned via registered mail at the customer's expense.
In the case of product returns, only the value of the item(s) will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. We do not ship the product.
NotaIn the event that the order is returned due to the customer's refusal to accept the delivery, a refund may be refused after investigation of the circumstances.
Refusal may occur if:
– The customer provided the wrong address.
The customer requests a change of address after the shipment has been made.
The customer has changed their mind regarding the purchase of the products.
– In case there are discrepancies in the discourse between the customer and the delivery person.
The Templo de Buda store does not accept returns sent with cash on delivery.
If the products received do not meet your expectations, you may return them following the same process indicated above. The Temple of Buddha, after verifying the correct condition of the returned material, will proceed with the refund of the value of the material, understanding that the products were sent according to your order and in perfect condition.
Refund policy
After the Buddha Temple confirms receipt of the returned products, the refund process will begin using one of the following methods:
– Paypal: the refund will be credited to the respective Paypal account and will be available immediately.
– MBWay: the refund will be credited to the respective MBWay account and will be available immediately.
- Credit Card: the refund will be credited to the respective card and will be available within 5 to 10 days.
– Bank transfer/PayShop/Cash on delivery: The Temple of Buddha will contact you to request your bank details and proof of account ownership for the bank account you wish to receive the refund from. This does not apply to discounts.
