About Tibetan Incense
Tibetan incense are precious stones of the Himalayan monastic tradition and combine various herbs, minerals, flowers and spices found in the region to create a unique incense with medicinal and therapeutic properties. They have been used by Tibetan Buddhist monks in their meditations, mantra intonations and spiritual rituals for over 2000 years.
The best incenses are made in Tibet, where the workers of monasteries and home industries draw up incense based on ancient recipes received directly from wise and Enlightened, which are described in the traditional and sacred texts of tibetan scriptures. They are original fragrances made according to ancient spiritual and cultural traditions and that provide an excellent aroma and therapeutic effect during activities such as yoga and meditation. Each box has 20 gr of Incense with 20 sticks and a clay base to support incense. Each rod takes an average of 65 minutes to burn in its entirety due to not having the traditional bamboo stick.
