Description
The great master illustrator Roberto de Angelis updates in this universal tarot deck the classic Waite decks, taking inspiration from the iconography present in the works of A. E. Waite and keeping all the impact of Pamela Coleman Smith’s symbolism.
The Universal Tarot, designed by Roberto de Angelis, tries to reveal the secrets and mysteries of the Waite decks by adapting the illustrations to a more contemporary reality. The Major Arcana begins with the card The Fool and ends with The World. When the card The World appears in a reading, it means that the person has completed a cycle, learned a lesson. This letter is a good sign. On the other hand, whoever takes The Madman is starting an apprenticeship and will have some obstacles ahead.
Your Major Arcana are engraved in your destiny. They will appear in your life at some point, and you have to find a way to learn from them so that you can find happiness and peace in all areas of your life.
Free will, in these cases, appears in the way you choose to solve the problem. For example, let’s suppose you draw the card The Madman, which is about taking big risks and going on an adventure, at a time when you have asked about your current work situation. This letter suggests you plan to quit your job and start something new.
However, you feel that you don’t want to do this or you are afraid. By not leaving your job, you have made a choice based on free will. Although the prediction was one, you chose something else.
With this decision, what will probably happen is that the universe will change things so that you get into a situation where you need to quit your job. This is an example of how the Major Arcana can impact your spiritual lessons.
Some of the great spiritual lessons of the Major Arcana refer to faith, surrender, the healing power of solitude, wisdom, death and rebirth, healing your dark self, and patience.
