Description
These cymbals have Tibetan inscriptions, so they will resonate with the peace and wisdom of this wonderful people.
This wonderful mantra is one of the methods to achieve the highest spiritual state, Enlightenment.
The first syllable, OM, is composed of three letters: A, U, and M. These symbolize the impure body, speech, and mind of the practitioner; they also symbolize the purely exalted body, speech, and mind of a Buddha.
All Buddhas are examples of beings who were like us and who later became enlightened through following the path; Buddhism does not claim that there is anyone who is free from flaws from the beginning and possesses all good qualities. The development of a pure body, speech, and mind comes from the gradual abandonment of impure states and the transformation of one's being into a pure being.
How is this done?
The path is indicated by the following four syllables.
MANI , meaning jewel, symbolizes the factors of the method – the altruistic intention to become enlightened, compassion, and love.
Just as a jewel can remove poverty, so too can the altruistic mind of the Enlightenment remove poverty, or hardship, from cyclical existence and solitary peace.
Similarly, just as a jewel fulfills the desires of sentient beings, so too does the altruistic intention to become enlightened fulfill the desires of sentient beings.
The two syllables, PADME , meaning lotus, symbolize wisdom, just as a lotus grows from mud but is not stained by the mud's flaws, so wisdom is able to place you in a situation of non-contradiction, whereas there would be contradiction if you did not have wisdom.
There is wisdom that perceives impermanence, wisdom that perceives that people are empty of being self-sufficient or substantially existent, wisdom that perceives the emptiness of duality – that is, the difference in entity between a subject and an object – and wisdom that perceives the emptiness of inherent existence.
Although there are many different kinds of wisdom, the most important of all is the wisdom that realizes emptiness.
HUM
Purity must be achieved through an indivisible unity of method and wisdom, symbolized by the final humming of the syllable, which indicates indivisibility. According to the sutra system, this indivisibility of method and wisdom refers to wisdom affected by method affected by wisdom.
In the tantric mantra or vehicle, it refers to a consciousness in which the complete form of both wisdom and method exists, as well as an undifferentiated entity.
In terms of the seed syllables of the five Conquering Buddhas, humming is the seed syllable of Akshobhya – the immutable, the non-fluctuating, the one that cannot be disturbed by anything.
About Tibetan Cymbals
Tibetan cymbals, or Ting-Sha ཏིང་ཤགས་ as they are originally called, are handmade and connected by a leather cord that enhances the fluidity of their sound. In the Bible and in various sacred rituals, cymbals are described as a fundamental instrument for raising the vibration of spaces and attuning to the energy of peace, thus warding off denser and more negative energies.
Traditionally, as a sign of compassion and generosity, Tibetan monks and devotees use them as offerings to "hungry demons" to allow them to appease their desires. This is also true for our minds, as they have the ability to calm us and make our thoughts positive. When played, their sound is so pure that it is impossible not to immediately connect with the Divine.
By striking them together (depending on their size and the symbols inscribed), it is possible to unlock stagnant energies in our body or in environments. They can therefore be used in therapies, meditation, and simply to focus on a given goal or project.
It can be used at the end of a meditation, therapy session, or massage to help the patient's spirit reconnect with the present and real moment. It is also widely used in Reiki therapies, between the energy changes of each chakra, to "awaken" the chakras. If you unblock them with cymbals beforehand, it will be easier for the energy to penetrate the patient's being.

Each tingsha, or cymbal, is individually cast with sand and typically made primarily of brass (a metal alloy mainly of copper and zinc) or bronze (primarily copper and tin alloy).
