The Templo de Buda delivers to all countries. The order is shipped to the address indicated by the customer in the “delivery address” field on the order completion form. After the order has been successfully processed, it will be delivered to the courier. Because we work with several carriers, deliveries are made by the carrier available at the time the order is placed.
All our delivery methods are based on confidentiality and discretion for the comfort of the customer.
The order is delivered to the courier, who collects it from our warehouse for shipment to our customers. After the order has been delivered to the courier, it may take from a few hours to a day for the order to be registered in the carrier’s computer system, and then tracked by the customer.
When the customer receives an email with the order tracking number, they should wait a few hours until the order is available in the carrier’s computer system.
The customer can track his order in his customer area by logging into his account or tracking sent by email, on the carrier’s own platform.
