Description
White sage has been considered sacred by Native Americans, who have used it for many years as a conductor of negative energy. Through sage, it is possible to guide negativity to the heavens where it will be purified. It has been used to cleanse and purify people, objects, and places through the technique of smudging with incense and torches of white sage.

Cedar is often used as incense to strengthen personal strength and stability during times of challenge or struggle. It is said to help transform difficult situations into experiences where wisdom and willpower can be cultivated.

White Sage and Cedar merge in these torches for a heightened aromatic experience, creating a peaceful, harmonious atmosphere and allowing for easier relaxation.
Abalone shells can also serve as a base for burning torches or Palo Santo. When you combine the cleansing properties of white sage with other healing tools, it becomes strong enough to neutralize negative or low-vibration energy that may seep in from the outside.
By using abalone shells and white sage for a cleansing practice, there is a connection between oneself and Mother Nature, to the highest vibrations of the planet. Unlike artificial cleaning products and fragrances, the white sage torch brings us back to nature and its incredible ability to heal and renew.

How to use
Simply light one end of the torch or use liturgical charcoal to burn in a metal or clay incense holder , to collect the ashes that will fall and to protect the places where they are placed from burns that may result from these ashes.
You can use it several times, burning it a little each time.
First of all, choose the appropriate resin/torch/incense for your intention (healing, energy cleansing, protection, harmonization, attunement with guides or angels, etc.). Don't light incense just to make the house smell nice. There is a whole spiritual process behind an incense ritual that must be respected. Any and all energy that you "invoke" with the incense will be available for your request. There are also nature elementals that will make themselves available to be burned in your favor. It is our duty to show respect for this process.
– It should be placed in a metal or clay incense holder to catch the ashes that will fall and to protect the surfaces where it is placed from burns that may result from those ashes.
– Light the tip of the torch/stick with a candle flame, match, or lighter.
– Mentally connect with the scent and feel the peace that each one holds within. It's your moment to relax. Make this your relaxation and meditation ritual.
