About Sandalwood

One of the most widely used metaphysical plants in the world is the famous sandalwood. The use of this sacred tree in spirituality and rituals goes back thousands of years throughout India, Tibet, Nepal, other parts of Asia, and the Middle East. It grows 20 to 30 feet tall and blooms with white, red, or purple flowers. A few different species are used for spiritual and medicinal purposes, some more medicinal than others.

The Indian sandalwood, Santalum album, is found in one of the oldest Vedic scriptures of Hinduism, the Nirukta. It was considered a divine wood used in carving and building temples, idols, religious statues and spiritual instruments; known to remain fragrant for decades or longer. It was one of the most common incenses found burning in the ancient Hindu and Buddhist temples of India and Tibet, and is still used in temples today, as it is believed to bring a person closer to his or her divine nature.

Sandalwood is one of the most potent smelling botanicals in the world. In addition to its spiritual and medicinal properties, sandalwood is intensely sweet and soft,

The woody, balsamic, and slightly musky aroma has a stimulating effect on the pineal and pituitary glands, as well as the third eye chakra. This is why so many Hindus use it as a paste on the forehead above the “third eye” during times of worship. It is considered a sacred plant that is more respected and honored than most in the Eastern world, and is perhaps the most widely used incense material to accompany meditation in many different religions and spiritual practices.

Sandalwood is known to clear the mind and bring calm to the whole being, while promoting inner peace and feelings of greater unity.

Sandalwood helps get people out of their minds and into a space of heart and spirit. It connects a person to the divine, not in an out-of-body or otherworldly sense, but through openness to the realization of the simple divinity of life itself.

Sandalwood helps bring people into the moment and is widely known to have a strong grounding effect on one’s energy. Those who often find themselves mentally distracted, or feel that they are elsewhere energetically, tend to experience a heightened presence in the here and now when using Sandalwood.

The ancient Egyptians used Sandalwood for cosmetics, perfumery, anointing oils, incense, and in embalming and funerals. The Sufis of Islam mark the graves of the deceased with Sandalwood paste, as the tree is thought to guide the soul to the next life. This belief is found in several cultures and has contributed to Sandalwood’s reputation as a funerary herb.

How to use Triangles Sacred Geometry

First of all choose your intention (healing, energetic cleansing, protection, attunement with guides or angels, etc). Don’t light it just to “smell” the house. There is a whole spiritual process behind a ritual that must be respected. Any and all energy that you “invoke” with the triangle incense will be available for your request. There are also elementals of nature that will be made available to be burned in your favor. It is our duty to show respect for this process.

– It should be placed in a metal or clay incense holder to receive the ashes that will fall and to protect the places where they are placed from burns that may arise from these ashes, which is not flammable

  • – Light it with a lighter or candle

– Unite mentally with the smell and feel the peace that each one keeps within himself. It’s your time to relax. Make it your ritual of relaxation and meditation.

– Clean in a ventilated environment

  • – Throw the leftovers to Mother Nature

100% handmade, natural, therapeutic, and original.

This triangle of frankincense and rose is carefully handmade in Argentina with carefully chosen products, leaving a wonderful, refined fragrance. Because it is totally natural, even its ash can be used in massages, oils, to fortify plants and even make soaps. It can be used in devotional rituals or to protect the third vision, such as the so-called Vibhuti in India. Each box has 4 triangles and takes an average of 30 min to burn completely. Each triangle is equivalent to about 5 sticks of traditional incense, thus making a deep smoking that stays in the room for 2 to 3 days.
